Experienced Window & Conservatory Installer Location : Horsham, West Sussex Salary : Up to £46,800 per year Job Type : Full-time Employed or Self-Employed About Us Window Mart is a well-established, family-run business that has been serving customers across Sussex since 1998. Based at the beautiful Old Barn Garden Centre, we have built our reputation on quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and attention to detail. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Window & Conservatory Installer to join our friendly and professional team. The Role You'll be installing high-quality PVCu windows, doors and conservatories at residential properties across Sussex. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys delivering excellent customer service, and can work both independently and as part of a team. What We Offer Up to £46,800 per year Company van and fuel card provided Employed or self-employed opportunities available Paid annual leave including bank holidays (employed positions) Company pension scheme (employed positions) Steady, local work across Sussex Supportive family-run business with an excellent reputation Long-term opportunity with an established company Essential Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience installing PVCu windows, doors and conservatories Ability to work independently and as part of a team High standard of workmanship with a clean and tidy approach Excellent communication and customer service skills Own professional installation tools Full UK driving licence Must live within 25 miles of Horsham Preferred (but not essential) Experience installing aluminium windows and doors Conservatory roof replacement experience MTC Card or CSCS Card FENSA or Certass installation experience First Aid qualification Please Note Candidates who do not meet the essential criteria above will not be considered.
