Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Development Role) Location: Boroughbridge, YO51 9JX Salary: Up to 48,000 + Bonus + Benefits About the Role We're working on behalf of a major UK infrastructure business delivering long-term highways maintenance and improvement works across a key regional contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up , or a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with industry exposure , to join an established commercial team and gain hands-on experience across live infrastructure projects. You'll be involved in the full commercial lifecycle, from early-stage project input through to final accounts, working closely with operational teams and clients. This is a key role supporting the delivery of maintenance, projects, and contractor management across multiple client sites. This isn't a traditional facilities role, it's ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, coordination, and getting things done .
