Our client in Devon is looking for an experienced Senior Housing Standards / Housing Enforcement Officer to support the private sector housing and enforcement function. An EHO is preferred, however strong non-EHO candidates with significant housing enforcement experience will also be considered. This role suits a confident practitioner able to lead by example, mentor other officers, and contribute to r eviewing and improving housing enforcement procedures and practices, alongside day-to-day enforcement work. Key details: Rate: Circa 45 - 50 per hour Contract: 12 months Start: ASAP Working pattern: Hybrid Experience required: Strong background in private sector housing / housing enforcement Confidence taking formal enforcement action Ability to work independently and support team development
