(Education Modern Methods of Construction AI-enabled design) You ll join a high-performing education delivery team within a vertically integrated construction business that designs, manufactures and builds schools using modern methods of construction, advanced digital tools and AI-enabled workflows. With a long-term secured pipeline across Department for Education frameworks and local authorities, the team is expanding fast and design sits right at the heart of that growth. What you ll be working on as a Design Coordinator / Manager Primary and secondary schools, SEND and SEMH facilities, and specialist education buildings Projects delivered at pace, often in live environments, with real social impact Fully coordinated, manufacturing-led design not fragmented consultant silos Your role as a Design Coordinator / Manager You ll coordinate design from early concept through to manufacture and site delivery, ensuring designs are buildable, compliant, data-rich and aligned to programme and cost. You ll work closely with in-house design, manufacturing, commercial and delivery teams, using digital platforms and AI-enabled tools to accelerate decision-making and improve outcomes.
