Labourer Driver Location : Skelmersdale, WN8 9TW Salary : £14.17 per hour Paid Fortnightly + Excellent Benefits! We are now recruiting a reliable and hardworking Labourer Driver to join our operations team in Skelmersdale! You will play an essential role in supporting day-to-day site activities, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This role involves general labouring duties combines with driving responsibilities and requires a strong commitment to health and safety. As our Labourer Driver you will: Prepare construction sites by clearing, tidying, and setting up work areas Load, unload, move, and transport materials and equipment Assist skilled tradespeople by providing tools, handling materials, and supporting tasks as required Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules at all times Carry out manual handling tasks safely and responsibly Support the smooth day-to-day operation of sites as directed by management In order to be successful in this role it s essential that you have: Valid CSCS Card Full UK driving licence, clean, held for a minimum of 2 years Manual Handling training or willingness to complete At least 1 years experience in a general labouring or construction environment Strong health and safety awareness Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Good communication skills Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude It would be great if you had: First Aid qualification Knowledge of construction materials and tools Previous experience working with skilled trades We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We are now recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join our growing team, assuming responsibility for managing the customer / resident journey whilst following the client and company engagement procedures. In addition to this, as our Tenant Liaison Officer , you will be responsible for : Consulting and supporting residents prior to, during and after works to their homes. Identifying vulnerable tenants and any additional needs they might need accommodated. Ensuring all resident data is kept safe and secure in line with the company and client GDPR policies. Managing the customer/resident journey whilst following the client and company engagement procedures. Developing effective working relationships with residents, clients, sub-contractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, the local community, and the Customer Care department. Carry out: choice events, consultation events and individual consultation with residents regarding future work. Carrying out individual resident inductions to include introduction to process, scope of works, property and personal belongings condition surveys inclusive of photographs for evidence. Agreeing access arrangements with the resident and book appointments to enable the work to their home. In order to be successful in this role you must have: A minimum of 1 year working in a customer facing role within the construction industry. A full UK Driving license. GCSE s and above, or equivalent qualification. The ability to efficiently organise a fluctuating workload. Customer service skills alongside strong and effective communication skills. An understanding of H&S regulations and working practices relating to construction sites. It would be great if you had: A basic understanding of retrofit.
