The have a strong pipeline for the next 3/5 years and are currently looking to expand the business. The Technical Coordinator will over see the scheme from concept to completion. Reporting to the Technical Director, to support them in ensuring that the Technical team are fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guide lines to their own job responsibilities, and are provided with full support in achieving these, in terms of communication, training and development, and the organisation of the department's workload. The role will entail supporting and working closely with Land and Development Managers as they appraise and manage potential new sites for acquisition, and to also identify further new sites yourself for the company to consider as future residential development projects.
