The Commercial Director is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to manage the subcontract procurement for new housing developments, work as part of the Commercial team and where necessary value engineer and make sure you are protecting the commercial viability of projects. It is preferred that you have worked for a housing developer or have proven experience with a Build Construction company. You will have a strong knowledge of construction and if you have worked for a developer you will feel comfortable managing 2/3 projects, whilst reporting to a SQS / Commercial Manager.
