We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple construction projects within the Surrey area, ideally based in or around Guildford or Farnham. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of the construction process, and the ability to effectively manage multiple teams and projects, including both residential extensions and commercial conversions. SMSTS or SSSTS qualifications would be beneficial.
Working Foreman - Redhill
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Working Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily operations at a construction site in Redhill. The successful candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial projects, managing and supervising the team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high standards, and maintaining a safe working environment. The role requires the ability to read drawings and efficiently order materials for the smooth running of the site.
Skilled Laborer - Guildford/Farnham
We are looking for an experienced Skilled Laborer to join our team in the Guildford/Farnham area. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and possess a solid foundation in the construction industry, with experience in both residential and commercial projects.
Working Foreman - Guildford/Farnham
