Our Client Mechanical Contracts Manager / Projects Manager required for our client, they area a specialist mechanical and electrical contractor who are based in the Leeds area. They have successfully been in business for over 5 years and currently employ over 40 members of staff. They currently require the Projects Manager to work from the office in Leeds and attend sites across the Yorkshire areas, the North East, and the Midlands. Mechanical Contracts Manager / Projects Manager Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and management of multiple mechanical projects at once, projects value from £20k to £1m - Ensuring mechanical / plant room / boiler room installation projects are delivered on time and to required specification - Oversee and manage teams of Pipefitters, ensuring work is delivered in line with relevant electrical safety standards - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, updating the client with project developments - Assist in the procurement of required project labour and allocation of works - Responsible for project profit / loss, ensuring financial targets are met Mechanical Contracts Manager / Projects Manager Requirements: - Previous experience in the delivery of mechanical and / or building services projects - Based within a commutable distance of Leeds - Full UK Driving License Mechanical Contracts Manager / Projects Manager Remuneration: - Salary £57,000 - £65,000 - Company car / car allowance (£5200) - 39 hour working week (Early Finish Friday) - 23 days holiday + BH - Sick pay - Enhance benefits package discussed at the interview

Our Client; Pipefitter / Welder required for our client, they specialise in industrial and commercial gas, mechanical, and electrical services, offering a full suit of plant room re-fit, service, and repair works, alongside design, installation, and fabrication of off-site bespoke pipework and plant projects. The Pipefitter / Fabricator will work from the fabrication shop in Leeds. Pipefitter / Welder Key Responsibilities: - Assemble pipework systems for mechanical plant rooms using various jointing methods including TIG, MIG, MMA, brazing, etc - Install pipework for HVAC, chilled water, LTHW, and gas services - Read and interpret mechanical drawings and pipework schematics - Install fabricated components on site - Conduct tests on piping systems to identify leaks or malfunctions. - Ensure work is carried out in line with company health, safety, and compliance policies Pipefitter / Welder Requirements: - Level 2 or 3 in Heating and Ventilation (Not Essential) - CSCS - Based within a commutable distance of Leeds - Full UK Driving License Pipefitter / Welder R emuneration: - Salary £46,000 - £58,000 (PAYE and Sub-Contract Options) - Travel pay after 15 mins - Overnight allowance of £35 per night - Overtime available - Sick pay - Company Van - Company Phone/ Tablet - 23 days holiday + BH - Further training and development - Pension

Our Client A growing and ambitious electrical contractor specialising in Renewables installations, repair, and maintenance across domestic and commercial sites. They're seeking a Senior Electrician / Electrical Supervisor to join their expanding team. Operating across domestic and commercial projects, the successful Electrician will be working on a variety of installations, and testing, particularly within the renewable energy sector, including ongoing solar, heat pumps, and EV projects across the Essex and surrounding counties.
