What you NEED Proven experience as an Estimator within construction, manufacturing, or any related industries Estimating experience is more important sector specific knowledge Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and Bills of Quantity Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel capability Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Commercial awareness with a detail-driven approach What you ll get in return Salary: £40,000 £50,000 (fullydepending on experience) Performance-related company bonus Hybrid working pattern available (after initial training) Supportive, adult working culture with flexibility if required 8:30am 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am 4:30pm Friday Holiday allowance, pension scheme, and long-term career security The Nice to Haves Previous exposure to the construction materials or hard landscaping sector CAD experience Experience liaising with international supply chains Company Profile This is a long-established and highly respected business supplying premium materials to the UK construction industry.
