Office Administrator Property Our client, a well-established property management company based in North West London, is looking to recruit an organised and personable Office Administrator to join their growing team. This is a varied office-based role that would suit someone with previous administration experience and strong communication skills. Ideally, candidates will have previously worked within the property sector, whether in property management, lettings, estate agency, or a similar environment. About the Role The role will involve handling tenant enquiries, assisting with compliance administration, supporting the property management team with day-to-day administration, and ensuring matters are dealt with efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will have a confident and professional phone manner, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming calls and dealing with tenant enquiries Managing emails and responding to enquiries professionally Assisting with compliance administration including certificates and documentation Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records General office administration and support duties Assisting the property management team with day-to-day administration Communicating with tenants, landlords, and suppliers Organising and maintaining files and documents Supporting the wider office team where required About You Previous office administration experience Property sector experience would be highly beneficial Strong telephone manner and communication skills Organised and detail-oriented Able to prioritise workload and work independently Good IT skills including Microsoft Office Friendly, professional, and reliable Location: North West London Hours: Full-time, office based Salary: £26,000 £30,000 depending on experience
