Site Manager (Marine Civil Engineering / Water) Location: South Coast (Projects from Chichester to Weymouth) Office Base: Eastleigh, Hampshire (Wessex House, SO50 9FD) Salary: £55,000 £65,000 DOE + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Benefits The Company We re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established, growing civil engineering business with a strong presence across the South Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure works in a company that values long-term development, open communication, and team culture. As a Site manager you ll oversee major projects across marine and coastal environments, from planning through to completion. Based primarily in Eastleigh, you ll work closely with project and operational teams across sites located between Chichester and Weymouth The Role Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. Implement and enforce HSE standards, conduct inductions, and ensure RAMS compliance. Supervise and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication. Track construction progress, resolve site issues, and provide updates to the Project/Contracts Manager. Maintain accurate site diaries, safety records, and material/resource logs. Ensure project delivery aligns with quality standards, client requirements, and budget. Candidate Requirements 5 10+ years experience in marine civil engineering or water infrastructure delivery. Strong background in civil marine works (piling, piers, waterfront infrastructure). Water treatment experience with marine elements also considered. Ideally began career as an Engineer. Experience in leading site-based teams of operatives. Finishing Foreman / High-End Residential Project / Property Services We are urgently looking for a Finishing Foreman to support on a High-End Luxury Hotel project for a reputable Property Services Contractor The project would be based in Bayswater (Close to London Paddington) Location is Bayswater near to Paddington There would be a minimum of 12-months worth of work and out client has been on site for 18-months. The position would be working outside of IR35 The finishing foreman would be accountable for managing trades operatives on the fit out of rooms and communal areas and would be reporting into the Project Manager You would ideally have a Carpentry and Joinery trade background There would also be an expectation to manage plumbers, electricians, decorators - so good all round trade knowledge would be advantageous Refurbishment and fit-out experience would be essential
