Duties: Repairing brickwork and blockwork. All types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels. Re-pointing, minor rendering, tiling and cement works. Roofing and roof repairs, roof problem solving, assessing roof integrity and guttering repairs. Digging underground drainage, repairing collapsed pipework and installing soakaways. The role involves setting and operating CNC machines, producing components to drawing specification, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
