A client of mine who is a Large Housing Association and Property Maintenance Company are looking to Recruit an experienced Carpenter-Multi on a full time permanent basis to join their Responsive Repairs Team in the South Hampshire area. As you'll spend a fair amount of time on the road they will provide you with a van and fuel card so you'll not be out of pocket. What you'll do: As a Carpenter you will carry out all forms of carpentry repairs in our properties as part of our Responsive Repairs and elsewhere depending on demands. 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry Install windows, doors, door frames - Internal and external. UPVC servicing and installation Locksmithing and gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling and picking. We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a busy manufacturing environment on a various shift working patterns available. either Monday - Thursday- 21:45-07:00 or Weekends only 3 days a week (Friday, Saturday & Sunday or Day shifts 6:00-15:00, Tue - 7:00-15:00, Wed - 7:00-15:00 , Thurs - 7:00-15:00 , Fri - 7:00-13:00, you may choose one shift pattern. The role involves setting and operating CNC machines, producing components to drawing specification, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilitie Set and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines Work to engineering drawings and job specifications Ensure parts are produced to required quality standards Complete work within set cycle times and production targets Maintain a safe, clean and organised working area (5S standards) Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times Support continuous improvement activities where required Be flexible and support other areas of production when needed Assist with training and support of other team members when required Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in a CNC machining or engineering environment Experience setting and operating CNC machines (Mazak/Heidenhain experience preferred) Ability to read engineering drawings Understanding of CNC programming (ISO / G-code and/or Mazatrol) Good knowledge of milling and turning processes Strong problem-solving skills Awareness of Health & Safety in a manufacturing environment Good communication skills Reliable, hands-on approach to work Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) Desirable Skills Experience with offline programming (Edgecam, Mastercam or similar) Experience in both milling and turning Knowledge of Lean / continuous improvement practices

We are seeking an experienced Plumber Multi to join the Responsive repairs Team in Blandford Forum. This full-time role (40 hours per week) includes a company van, fuel card, and excellent benefits. What You'll Do: Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance on vacant properties. Install and repair domestic plumbing, sanitary ware, baths, showers, and kitchen sinks. Fit pipework, sundry items (taps, ball valves), and domestic appliances. Work on heating system pipework, water mains, drainage, and unvented cylinders (if qualified). Carry out basic carpentry, tiling, plastering, decorating, and general maintenance. What You'll Need: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or 5+ years of experience in the trade). Experience in occupied premises with strong customer service skills. A health & safety-conscious mindset. Ability to use mobile technology (iPad/PDA). A CSCS card is desirable but not essential.
