The Mechanical Contractor have been trading for 15+ years and has a turnover of 15m their main scope of works is ommercial CAT A/ CAT B fit out projects throughout London these projects can range in values from 500k - 5m and we are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager who has managed commercial project previously and can hit the ground running. Working directly with the design consultant Ensuring the design was co-ordinated Implement health & safety policies and procedures of the company Managing and motivating a team Meeting (Progress, Commercial and Design) Negotiating with Suppliers Procurement and Technical review Running Commercial and Healthcare Projects Managing Specialist Subcontractors and Labour Costs Submitting weekly progress reports Working on projects from inception to completion. Planning programmes ensuring achievable targets are agreed with clients and site teams. Electrical Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Electrical QA Supervisor to join our team on a large residential project in Slough. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all electrical works are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to liaise directly with clients and contractors. Lead all quality assurance activities related to electrical installation works. Conduct regular snagging inspections, ensuring issues are identified, recorded, and resolved promptly. Produce clear and accurate QA reports, documenting findings, progress, and compliance against project specifications. Attend and contribute to client meetings, providing updates on quality, progress, and sign-off status. Oversee and sign off completed electrical works, ensuring all installations meet industry standards, regulations, and design requirements. Work collaboratively with site management, subcontractors, and the wider project team to maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project. Ensure adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and statutory regulations. Proven experience in electrical supervision or QA roles within residential construction. Strong understanding of BS 7671 and current industry regulations. Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality management. Confident in producing documentation, reports, and carrying out inspections. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and project stakeholders. Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent). A Electrical Supervisor is required for a leading M&E contractor. Our client has won a residential project in Slough with commercial units which requires a Electrical Supervisor to join the team. Their main scope of works are 1st fix & 2nd fix. We are looking for a electrical supervisor who has previously worked on high end residential, commerical or hotel projects. This is an immediate start but we are willing to wait a notice period of 4 weeks for the right candidate. The Electrical Supervisor Duties are: Toolbox Talks Commissioning Management of Subcontractors Manage and coordinate the site-based resources to deliver the project. Ordering materials and organization of work. Planning and organizing projects Planning and scheduling resources to meet project goal Make sure all work is carried out to a high finish.
