Site Manager - Brighton area Site Manager wanted for this leading house builder who focus on building homes of the highest quality throughout the South East. They are now seeking a Site Manager for a new residential development they have in the Brighton area. Working alongside a Project Manager, the successful candidate will focus on managing all trades and ongoing works as the project progresses. Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in daily operations and coordination. Monitor subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures. Assist with quality inspections, snagging, and handover documentation. Liaise with project stakeholders and provide progress updates. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager (or similar role). Strong understanding of brickwork, facades and externals RC Frame experience is essential in this role SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
