With a real emphasis on quality they are extremely proud of the homes they produce and are looking to employ an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the management team at this development and help with the day to day running of the project. To be considered for the position you will need to have a good understanding of Health and Safety procedures and legislation applicable to the residential development industry, as well as ideally having experience of Traditional Construction and Timber Frame construction methods. Other experience and key attributes necessary will be: Knowledge of project reporting and site planning Be able to demonstrate good management of sub-contractors and make sure all works are completed to the highest standards Experience and knowledge of Construction Quality and Compliance requirements. Experience of engaging and consulting with contract surveyors, sub-contractors and relevant partners/stakeholder to work collaboratively to deliver the project

Site Manager - Brighton Site Manager wanted for this specialist house builder who focus on building homes of the highest quality throughout the Sussex, Surrey and Kent. They are now seeking a Site Manager for a new residential development they have in the Brighton area. Working alongside a Project Manager, the successful candidate will focus on managing all trades and ongoing works as the project progresses. Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in daily operations and coordination. Monitor subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures. Assist with quality inspections, snagging, and handover documentation. Liaise with project stakeholders and provide progress updates. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager (or similar role). Strong understanding of brickwork, facades and externals RC Frame experience is essential in this role SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
