The Role As Drylining Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for a range of commercial projects, working closely with the commercial and operational teams to secure profitable new business. Key Responsibilities Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Measure and price drylining, ceilings, partitions, SFS and associated interior packages. Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions. Obtain and assess quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Identify value engineering opportunities where appropriate. Liaise with clients, consultants and the internal project delivery team throughout the tender process. Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings when required. Support successful handovers to the commercial and project teams following contract award. About You You'll already have estimating experience within drylining or interior fit-out and be confident pricing projects from first principles. Ideally you'll have: Proven experience estimating drylining and interior fit-out packages. Strong understanding of commercial construction. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
