Our client are well known and well respected house builder based in the West Midlands area and they are currently in the market for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the busy commercial team The successful candidate will work as part of the support to the Commercial Team; surveying activities on a number of standard developments from the initial procurement phase through to final account in full compliance with the companies policies and procedures. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in setting, monitoring and delivery of budgets. They will place orders, produce accurate and timely reports for the business, and forecast cost of materials required for our builds. They will liaise with subcontractors, site staff and other departments to ensure communication and collaboration is at its highest. Experience HNC or higher qualification National House builder experience Different methods of construction i.e. Timber Frame

A team of QS's and technical staff advising on a large nuclear project Personnel working on the new rail station programmes. Personnel working on HS2 Personnel working for contractors on various AMP8 water projects. Various staff working for various entities on different Alliances. Disputes They act as party representative for adjudications. They have several expert witness working on adjudications, arbitrations, litigation in UK

Due to continued growth within the Midlands region, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Site Engineer to support the delivery of major building projects. The Role As Assistant Site Engineer, you will support the engineering and site management teams in delivering projects ranging from 20m to 200m across the education, student accommodation, and commercial sectors. You will gain exposure to large-scale developments while working alongside experienced professionals in a structured and supportive environment.
