Their projects consist of full commercial D&B office fit outs, as well as retail & hospitality projects. Their typical project values range from £500k - £5m. We are assisting them with their search for a project manager for their retail pipeline of recently secured projects. These projects will involve overseeing the full fit out and refurbishments for the likes of Joe & The Juice, Gails, Blank Street Coffee and Itsu. The successful candidates duties will consist of one day a week working at the head office, spending the other four days of the week across 2/3 of the above style projects overseeing delivery, health & safety, liaising with the client, assisting with commercials and overall adhering to a successful fast track fit out of each project. My client is a tier one developer in search of a Regional Quality Manager, to be based from their Milton Keynes head office, and oversee projects located in Hertfordshire, Oxford, Milton Keynes itself and Birmingham. All the developments are at the very start, giving the person who comes in full ownership and autonomy. The role will involve reporting directly into the construction director across the above projects, to assist the project teams to implement the businesses management system so that homes are built to be safe and to the highest standards. This will be achieved by compliance testing and assisting projects to identify and implement improvements in design, procurement and construction processes that are required to achieve the objectives of the QMS. The role will involve working with the construction director ensuring the quality management system is implemented, all staff are trained for their responsibilities and other site regulations. The project itself will consist of traditional built houses and apartments across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and South Oxfordshire.
