Quantity Surveyor Location: Portsmouth Salary: Up to 50,000 per annum plus additional benefits Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients growing construction team based in Portsmouth . The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of construction projects, ensuring cost control, value for money, and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong experience in JCT contracts to work on a varied portfolio of projects within a well-established company. Person Profile Experience in setting out for groundworks and civil engineering packages Strong QA/QC knowledge. Skilled in reading engineering drawings and ensuring the setting out is to specification Proficient in the use of total stations. A degree qualified civil engineer or equivalent experience would be preferred but not essential. Experience working as an engineer on site. Work well independently as well as in a team environment.
