Lead Planner Location: Gerrards Cross (with site travel as required) Sector: Data Centres & Industrial Construction Salary: Up to 95,000 per annum plus additional benefits About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join our clients established planning team, supporting the delivery of major data centre and industrial construction projects across the UK. Based from their Gerrards Cross office, this is a senior planning role with responsibility for programme leadership, strategy, and stakeholder coordination on complex, fast-paced builds. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving programme certainty, supporting project teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, management, and maintenance of fully logic-linked construction programmes from pre-construction through to completion Take ownership of programme strategy for large-scale data centre and industrial projects Provide planning leadership and support to project managers, commercial teams, and site teams Manage short-term, mid-term, and long-term programmes, including look-ahead schedules Monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies Prepare progress reports, programme narratives, and dashboard updates for senior management and clients Lead programme updates, change analysis, and impact assessments Support tender planning, methodology development, and sequencing strategies Engage with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure programme alignment Mentor and support junior planners within the team Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Lead Planner or Senior Planner within the construction industry Strong background in data centre, industrial, or complex M&E-led projects Expert knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6 essential; Asta Powerproject beneficial) Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path analysis, and risk management Experience working with NEC and/or JCT forms of contract Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Desirable: Experience working for a main contractor on large-scale projects Knowledge of BIM, digital planning tools, and programme assurance processes Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline What They Offer Salary: Up to 95,000 per annum Car allowance - Up to 8% of salary Opportunity to work on high-profile, technically complex data centre projects Clear career progression within a growing business Annual bonus schemes Location This role is based at our Gerrards Cross headquarters , with regular travel to project sites as required. Document Controller Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire Industry: Construction Salary: Up to 42,500 per annum plus additional benefits Role Overview: My client are seeking an experienced and highly organised Document Controller to join their team at our Gerrards Cross office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective control, distribution, and management of project documentation across multiple construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely availability of information to internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is critical to maintaining document integrity throughout the project lifecycle and supporting efficient project delivery.
