The Role As a Trainee ASHP Engineer, you ll work alongside experienced installers, gaining hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, and commissioning of Air Source Heat Pump systems in residential properties. This is a field-based role, providing the opportunity to learn directly on-site while receiving structured training to build your skills in the fast-growing renewables sector.
