Streetworks Planner Location: Apsley, Hemel Hempstead Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday Friday, 45hrs per week Role set up : Onsite for training, Hybrid after (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) Project Partners are now recruiting for an experienced Planner, Co-Ordinator or Administrator to come and join the Streetworks team at our client s head office in Hemel Hempstead. Are you experienced in streetworks or permits? Have you previously worked within Utilities? Are you proficient in MS Office and general administration and planning duties? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you! The purpose of the role as a Planner is to ensure all works are delivered to the required contract s program, achieving contractual SLA s, ensure efficient planning, utilising full workforce. Ensuring that the clients/customers expectations are met by delivering a first-class service. Job Responsibilities: Liaise with teams, supervisors and operatives providing accurate information, job details to enable work to be carried out. Monitor backlogs AA/IP to ensure contractual priorities are met. Ensure all jobs are planned and coordinated so they run as efficiently as possible. Create NRSWA permits to Local Authorities and ensure that the notices meet legislative requirements. Apply/submit and track requests for Bus/Parking suspensions Submit and track requests for switch out etc Monitor and respond to permit updates (PMR's/S74's/AIV s/Inspection). Deal with all requests from the client promptly, efficiently and courteously and keep the clients and customers updated with progress prior to and throughout and after the works. Monitor the progress of all gangs working on the designated contract and update the related company and client systems. Resolving any planning queries or issues. Holiday or additional cover for planning colleagues when necessary. Carry out any other duties appropriate for the role. Sharing information with the wider team to support work planning and obtaining and working in accordance with licences and permits as required to deliver the project. Candidate Requirements: Proficient in the use of all Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook) Understanding of processes for obtaining Gas/Electric/Line Search/BT Drawings Understanding of street works and traffic management requirements Street manager/Aurora system experience Previous planning experience Environmental Awareness Customer Service Awareness Previous utilities experience is derisible but not essential Candidate Attributes: Keen and tenacious Strong verbal and written communication skills. Solar & Renewables Build Manager Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire (hybrid 3 onsite, 2 wfh) Reports to: Senior Delivery Manager Type : Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday Salary: Up to 65k pending experience (+ car allowance) Project Partners are now recruiting for an experienced Solar EV Build Manager based in the Cambridgeshire area to come and join a growing team delivering solar and renewable energy projects. The head office is based in Ely so ideal candidate will be based within 1 hour commute and you will be working on a hybrid set up of 3 days onsite/field and 2 working from home. Role Purpose: The Solar & Renewables Build Manager is responsible for the successful on-site delivery of solar and renewable energy projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality and client standards. The role provides hands-on leadership of site teams and subcontractors and acts as a key operational interface with the client. Key Responsibilities: Site & Programme Delivery Manage day-to-day construction activities across allocated solar and renewable projects. Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to maximise productivity. Monitor programme, milestones and progress, identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery. Carry out regular site visits and ensure construction activities meet approved designs, specifications and RAMS. Coordinate activities including groundworks, access, foundations, cable routes, ducting, fencing, mounting systems and associated infrastructure. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the key operational contact for the client during construction. Attend progress meetings and provide clear updates on programme, risks, quality and delivery. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, landowners and subcontractors. Resolve issues quickly and maintain a professional, solutions-focused approach. Team & Contractor Management Lead site teams, supervisors and subcontractors, setting clear expectations for safety, quality, productivity and programme. Monitor contractor performance and address poor performance promptly. Ensure all personnel have appropriate competence, qualifications and training. Promote a positive, accountable and delivery-focused culture. Safety, Quality & Compliance Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety and ensure compliance with company procedures, RAMS and relevant legislation. Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and safety observations. Monitor quality, manage defects and ensure effective snagging and close-out. Coordinate testing, commissioning, documentation and client handover. Commercial, Risk & Reporting Monitor productivity, resource utilisation and project performance against budget. Identify and escalate commercial, programme, technical and resource risks. Support variation and change management. Maintain accurate project systems, site records and weekly reporting. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce cost and strengthen delivery processes. Skills & Experience - Minimum 3 years' experience in on-site construction and client delivery, ideally within solar, renewables, utilities or infrastructure. - Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors. - Practical understanding of solar farm/renewable construction activities. - Strong Health & Safety and construction compliance knowledge. - Experience managing client relationships and delivery expectations. - Ability to understand drawings, specifications, programmes and RAMS. - Strong organisational, commercial and problem-solving skills. - Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work under programme pressure and manage multiple priorities. - SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS or equivalent desirable. - Renewable energy, electrical, civils or construction qualifications desirable. - Full UK driving licence.

Civils Supervisor Location : Bexhill, East Sussex Hourly rate : 19 - 21ph Type: Permanent, Full-Time Department: Civils Project Partners are now recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor to come and join an established team based in East Sussex, working within the Water Utilities / Civils sector. The purpose of this role is too oversea and co-ordinate reactive civil works. Job Responsibilities: Over-see day-to-day operations on reactive civil site, ensuring that work progresses according to plan Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations Co-ordinate the activities of workers, sub-contractors and equipment operators Inspect work for compliance with design specifications and industry standards Ensure that all completed work meets quality standards before sign-off Enforce health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety procedures Conduct regular safety inspections and audits Serve as the main point of contact between the site workforce and civils manager Address and resolve any conflicts or issues within the team Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: Strong understanding of civils and drainage works. Excellent problem-solving ability. Effective and clear communication skills. Experience required in running gangs (managing and leading). Competent in basic IT applications.
