The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner to play a key role in supporting preconstruction activities across a diverse portfolio of projects. Working closely with estimating, operational, commercial, and bid teams, you will be responsible for developing and managing robust programmes that support successful tender submissions and project delivery strategies. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working under NEC forms of contract and will be confident producing detailed programmes within fast-paced construction or engineering environments. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for one or more rail or civils projects, working closely with project and site teams to ensure financial control, compliance, and commercial success from inception through to completion.
