You will need to be: A proven No.1 Project Manager Experienced in major shell & core construction Strong technically, operationally and commercially Highly client-facing and confident dealing with senior stakeholders Extremely organised, with excellent attention to detail Fully switched on to SHE, QA and project documentation Comfortable managing complex subcontractors and supply chains Able to work at pace and make decisions under pressure A strong communicator and natural leader Able to demonstrate a successful track record of delivering major projects The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an established No.1 Project Manager to take a leading role on a major 90m scheme with significant client exposure and responsibility for project delivery.
