Appointment Booking: Coordinate and schedule appointments to visit occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents. Condition Surveys: Conduct surveys to assess property conditions prior to and post-work. Resident Support: Handle resident complaints and concerns, providing a high level of customer service and maintaining positive relationships. Collaboration: Work closely with the site team and contractors to ensure that works are carried out to the highest standard and within specified time lines.
