Overview We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Manager to join our client that specialises in cladding, refurbs and new build services based in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Duties Responsible for multiple projects at any given time Plan and co-ordinate each project from start to finish ensuring the project is delivered on time and on budget. Organise and control required labour Review & adhere to client program schedule of works to ensure deadlines are met Create and update internal construction programmes for each project ensuring material deliveries meet programme requirements Attend project meetings with client management teams Manage the projects on a day-to-day basis, including managing the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, inspecting work and overseeing quality control Compile regular progress and quality reports Professionally communicate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project. Ensure snagging is closed off in time for handover Liaise with Health & Safety advisors ensuring RAMS are in place for all projects Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed and works are being carried out in accordance with RAMS Oversee the process of working / construction drawings with design team and client, whilst resolving any design issues to reach approval stage. Ensure works are installed as per approved working drawings, specifications and manufacturers details. Experience Experience within the metal roofing / cladding sector Previous experience of Projects Manager role Ability to read and fully understand architectural drawings Strong knowledge of cladding and roofing systems Strong communication and man management skill Clean full UK driving licence Basic IT Skills in using software such as Microsoft Office package Requirements CSCS Black Card or other qualifications relevant to job role SMSTS NEBOSH IPAF Asbestos Awareness First Aid at Work PASMA
