Any experience with Bluebeam or 4 Projects would be beneficial but not essential Ideally a BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying and/or Commercial Management Minimum 8 years post qualification Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable tasks. Organised with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficient in the use of relevant software tools such as MS Office Suite or specialised CRM systems.
