About Us City Gate Construction is a privately owned main contractor established in 2003, delivering construction, refurbishment and maintenance services across Scotland and England. We are looking to strengthen our Planned and Reactive Maintenance division with the appointment of a General Administrator. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and deal with customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Book and allocate reactive and planned maintenance jobs. Plan and schedule site visits. Maintain accurate job records and update systems in real time Provide general administrative support to the team Skills / Experience Previous experience in an administrative or scheduling role, ideally within maintenance or a similar environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
