About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Refuse Driver (Driver Level 3) to join the Waste teams in Dorset Council. This position involves driving a Category C (Class 2) vehicle and assisting in the collection of household and commercial waste and recycling across the local area. You will work as part of a crew, providing an essential service to the community, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer care are always upheld. About the Role Working alongside the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will help deliver a range of scheduled grounds and landscape maintenance tasks across the Dorchester area.
