We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused HSE Administrator to join our clients growing team. This is a primarily office-based role with occasional visits to customer sites, offering a great opportunity to develop your health and safety career while working with a variety of industries. You'll play a key role in supporting our clients with their health and safety requirements, maintaining strong customer relationships, and helping deliver high-quality compliance services. As a HSE Administrator, you will be responsible for: Maintain positive customer relationships. Manage customer-specific health and safety requirements. Carry out risk assessments and site health & safety audits. Deliver toolbox talks where required. Support the development and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. Manage and maintain SSIP accreditations, including SafeContractor, CHAS, Constructionline, and SMAS. Provide occasional health and safety advice via email and telephone. Support business administration, including management of the e-Learning platform. Visit customer sites as required. Willingness to travel to customer sites when required. The ideal candidate will be: NEBOSH Construction Certificate. Experience using Power BI. Experience using SafetyCulture software (formerly iAuditor). Experience working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. Previous experience in a health and safety consultancy or compliance-focused environment. Professional and customer-focused approach. Strong attention to detail. Proactive and self-motivated. Ability to prioritise workload effectively. Problem-solving mindset. Team player with a positive attitude.
