This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong rail and track experience to join a well established civils and rail delivery team. Key Responsibilities Setting out and engineering support for track renewals works Track stressing, ballast and tamping Track monitoring, including S&C and slab track (training can be provided where required) Ensuring accurate setting out using Trimble GPS equipment Completing and maintaining site inspection records Supporting delivery teams to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification Essential Requirements Experience with track renewals, stressing, setting out, ballast and tamping Competent using Trimble GPS equipment, including SPS930 CSCS Card SSSTS or SMSTS Basic understanding of track geometry Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong work ethic, good timekeeping and a positive, team-focused attitude Desirable (but not essential) In date Personal Track Safety (PTS) Appropriate qualification in either rail or civil engineering Experience in kerbing and drainage Track Handback comptency

We are currently recruiting for a Civils Groundworks Supervisor for a major Civils project in the West Midlands area. We require someone who can motivate & guide the existing team on site and effectively communicate between Site Management and workers to follow the outlined programme whilst engaging with site Engineers. A gang of Concrete finishers is required for a major Civils client of ours with work based on the Black Country route (between Wednesbury to Dudley) Candidates applying must have an in-date CSCS Card and previous concrete finishing experience with references. Candidates must have experience with handling concrete pours and levelling concrete out. The work involved is finishing works and snagging.
