Duration: Up to 3 months of ongoing work, with an immediate start available. The Role You'll be responsible for managing several fit out projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Managing multiple fit out projects across the Midlands. Leading and supporting Site Managers and project teams. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial fit out. Strong knowledge of interior fit out and refurbishment projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project costs. Strong organisational skills and the ability to oversee multiple live projects.
