ersg is searching for a Solar/BESS-focused Project Development Manager to join a global investor/developer of Renewable Energy assets. The client is well-capitalised, and are placing a strong focus on building their pipeline from greenfield opportunities to operational assets. This role will see the successful candidate responsible for; Overseeing the full project development lifecycle. Identifying suitable sites, conducting feasibility studies, and securing land leases. Working with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with local authority permitting processes, and grid connectivity processes. Utilising their relationships with landowners and local partners to ensure smooth progression through the pipeline. Identifying project budgets, and ensuring delivery of assets to a profitable status. There is a particular need from the client for a candidate with a strong understanding of the planning process for Utility-Scale Solar & BESS projects. ersg are working on behalf of a client to source a client-side Construction Manager hire. The client has over 1GW of live projects, running across the next three years. There will be further acquisition of RTB stage projects to extend your role beyond this period. Being client-side, you will managing multiple Site Managers and Contractors to ensure delivery within time and cost budget. Core responsibilities include; Oversee day-to-day site activities Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Monitor schedule and budget The client is looking for someone to join the team on a permanent basis, it's a key hire to join a team that is going to be a major player in the BESS space.
