The role will see you covering Norwich and the surrounding area. Our client is open to hiring electricians with limited solar experience, as long as you are comfortable with three-phase power, and have experience in installing metal conduit, trunking and doing tray work, in addition to containment. There is scope for career progression, as there is a roadmap to a supervisor position. There is regular overtime available in this position, paying x1.5 for out of hours work and x2.0 on Sundays. Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor - Offshore Wind Location: Hull or Hartlepool (Hybrid Site-Based) Contract: Long-Term Freelance Assignment Sector: Offshore Wind / Renewables We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major offshore wind project, focusing on the Wind Turbine Package. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong claims, quantum, and cost management expertise. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support upstream and downstream claims. Develop and substantiate Extension of Time (EOT) and compensation event submissions. Prepare detailed quantum assessments and cost analysis. Track project events, commercial risks, and associated cost impacts. Maintain accurate cost records, forecasts, and commercial reporting. Work closely with project, construction, and commercial teams to support contractual and commercial objectives. Ensure robust project records are maintained to support entitlement and claims positions. Requirements: Proven Senior QS experience on major infrastructure, energy, renewables, or construction projects. Strong background in claims management, EOTs, and quantum analysis. Excellent commercial reporting and cost management skills. Ability to build and present robust commercial cases backed by detailed evidence. Experience within offshore wind, EPC/EPCI, marine, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Strong understanding of standard forms of contract, ideally including FIDIC. Responsibilities Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 Support engineering, procurement and construction planning activities Monitor project progress against baseline schedules Identify critical path activities and schedule risks Produce weekly and monthly progress reports Coordinate with project managers, site teams, contractors and suppliers Support change management and programme recovery planning Attend planning and project review meetings Track milestones, interfaces and key deliverables Requirements Proven experience as a Project Planner on EPC, power, utilities or infrastructure projects Strong Primavera P6 experience essential Good understanding of engineering and construction project lifecycles Experience with progress measurement and reporting Strong stakeholder communication skills Ability to work independently within a fast-paced project environment

We're recruiting for a Document Controller for one of the largest Renewable Energy providers in the UK. Location: Glasgow, Perth or Aberdeen (Hybrid Working) Working closely with project teams and contractors, you will be responsible for managing project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring information is accurately controlled, maintained and archived in line with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain project documentation and records. Administer Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). Process drawings, documents and transmittals. Support project teams with document control processes and best practice. Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure document compliance. Conduct document audits and maintain accurate project records. Requirements: Previous experience in a Document Controller role. Experience using EDMS platforms. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders. Experience within engineering, utilities, construction, infrastructure or energy projects would be advantageous.
