The main duties of the role are: Maintaining and monitoring the businesses ISO standards: ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation. Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organisation, and provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees. Lead the development and review of risk assessments and method statements. Identify workplace hazards and implement suitable control measures. Develop and deliver health and safety training programmes. Support managers in fulfilling their health and safety responsibilities. Monitor key health and safety performance indicators.
