This is a unique role that combines business development, account management, estimating and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities while managing projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion. Due to the specialist nature of our business, previous experience within industrial storage or fit-out is not essential. Complete layouts and design proposals. Work alongside cross-department CAD designers and estimators. Develop an understanding of warehouse layouts, racking systems, mezzanine floors, office fit-outs, building regulations and construction solutions Client Management Provide excellent customer service.
