Our client are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. You will play a key role in ensuring that clients receive a high-quality service with systems running efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair air conditioning systems, including split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and packaged systems. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance calls. Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to restore system performance. Complete F-Gas leak testing, pressure testing, evacuation, and refrigerant charging as required. Ensure all works comply with current health and safety regulations and F-Gas legislation. Provide clear service reports and communicate effectively with customers on work carried out. Assist with project planning and support wider engineering teams where required. Essential Skills & Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent). F-Gas 2079 Category 1 certification (essential). Proven experience in air conditioning installation, servicing, and fault-finding. Strong knowledge of electrical systems relevant to A/C units. Good problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused attitude. Full UK driving licence. Desirable Skills Experience with VRV/VRF systems and larger-scale commercial installations. Knowledge of ventilation and heating systems (HVAC). IPAF or PASMA certification. CSCS/ECS card.

We have multiple clients looking for Duct Fitters The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, fitting, and maintenance of ductwork systems to support heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects. This role will involve working on a variety of sites, ensuring all ducting systems are fitted to a high standard, in line with specifications, drawings, and health & safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Install, assemble, and secure ductwork systems in line with technical drawings and specifications. Carry out both rectangular and spiral duct fitting, including associated components such as grilles, diffusers, dampers, and supports. Measure, cut, and shape ducting materials on-site where required. Work with other trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers, HVAC engineers) to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working order. Comply with site safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements at all times. Report progress, issues, and completed work to site supervisors or project managers. Essential Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Duct Fitter in commercial or industrial projects. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good understanding of health and safety requirements on-site. Practical skills with sheet metal, insulation, and fixings. CSCS card (essential). Desirable Skills IPAF or PASMA certification for working at height. NVQ/SVQ qualification in Ductwork Installation or equivalent. Experience working on large commercial or industrial HVAC projects. Knowledge of fire-rated ductwork systems and installation methods.

You will contribute to projects involving heating, cooling, and energy management solutions across a range of applications, ensuring optimal thermal performance and sustainability. Key Responsibilities Conduct thermal analysis and modelling of systems, components, and environments. Design and optimise thermal management solutions for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and/or specialist equipment. Carry out simulations using relevant software (e.g., ANSYS, CFD tools, MATLAB). Support prototype development and perform thermal testing to validate designs. Provide technical input on material selection, insulation, and cooling technologies. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and energy engineers. This is a great opportunity for someone with site experience who is eager to learn and progress within the trade. Key Responsibilities Assist ductfitters with the installation of ductwork and ventilation systems. Carry, hold, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment. Help with measuring, cutting, and assembling ducting as required. Keep the work area clean, tidy, and safe. Follow instructions from senior tradespeople and site supervisors. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience on construction sites (ductfitting or mechanical background preferred but not essential).
