This company turnover c. 17m and works with the majority Tier 1 contractors to deliver internal partitions, drylining and joinery packages up to the value of 4m. Working closely with the Commercial Director your responsibilities will include: Conduct detailed quantity take-offs Pricing various work packages based on project drawings and specifications Material procurement Pricing and management of variations Preparing and submitting monthly valuations Attending progress meetings Negotiating final accounts.
