Our client is a social housing provider, you will be asked to work on your own or in a team completing works upon domestic properties such as Revites, voids and maintenace. As a joiner you will be asked to complete the following works: - Working on wet rooms - 1st & 2nd Fix Joinery - Hanging Doors (on occasion) - fitting small kitchens - Window fitting As a minimum requirement you must hold a valid Skilled CSCS card, Level 2 or 3 in carpentry/joinery as well as your own Tools as well as a full UK Driving licence as a van will be provided. Immediate starts available working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. Monday to Wednesday - 8 hours Thursday - 7 hours Friday - 6 hours Project duration - minumum of 6 months. All applicants must hold previous experience A Full UK Driving Licence Passport or Full Birth Certficate with proof of National Insurance References and qualifications CSCS preferred but not essential as long as qualifications can be provided. This is a PAYE role ONLY
