Ability to produce design calculations, technical specifications, drawings, tender packages, and reports, as well as conduct surveys, site inspections, and on-site project management. Experience mentoring junior staff and liaising directly with clients. Knowledge of key standards and regulations including CIBSE Guides, IEE Regulations, CDM Regulations, British Standards, Revit/BIM (UK), and Building Regulations. Strong computer skills: Windows, Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, Hevacomp, Amtech, Dialux Evo.
