Planning & Coordination Coordinate site logistics, plant utilisation, and labour resources. Manage earthworks sequencing including cut & fill operations, soil stabilisation, and material movements. Liaise with engineering and surveying teams regarding levels, volumes, and site measurements. Quality & Compliance Ensure all works meet required quality standards and specifications. Oversee site documentation including reports, permits, and compliance records. Ensure environmental and sustainability requirements are adhered to. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience managing earthworks, groundworks, or civil engineering projects. Strong understanding of bulk excavation, site clearance, and infrastructure works. Experience managing subcontractors and site teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong commercial awareness and cost management ability. Qualifications Degree / HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (preferred). SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). CSCS Card (Black / Professional).
