We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee subcontract works in the Taunton, on a new build care home 10M JCT job. Your role will be to work with the Site Management team and ensure that subcontract work is to a suitably high standard, in compliance with program. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to work for a forward thinking, privately owned Contractor that operates within the Highways sector, on public sector, across the Northants, Cambs & Beds regions. Coming from a proven track record of Contracts Management, you will be responsible for overseeing a number of highways projects up to C 3M in value, on both a main contractor and sub-contractor basis, ensuring that jobs are completed on time and to budget. Supporting you in your role are 2 highly experienced Directors, with site teams underneath you. A strong Senior Site Manager is required to take over a new build care home job in Melksham, Wiltshire and ensure it is completed on time and to budget, with the job being currently at mid stage. Proven track record in either start to finish or troubleshooting is required, on jobs from 10-12M on JCT, care home experience would be ideal. This role is direct to the client, there is no agency margin.
