Are you ready to take on a major cut & carve scheme in the new yeacentral r, working for this leading contractor in London Project Manager (major Cut & Carve, RC works) £40m project located in London zone one Salary: £100k to £110k + benefits (fantastic prospects for growth) This contractor has had a successful few months securing some brilliant schemes. They have a strong pipeline starting to build for 2026 and beyond with projects starting to kick off from the first quarter. They specialise in complex engineering schemes across the capital, so you'll need to have a solid track record working on central London cut & carve/enabling projects up to £50m in value ideally. You'll come into preconstruction to familiarise yourself with the project, client, team etc and then onto delivery when the scheme starts. Desired skills/experience: First class client liaison skills Experience with complex London zone 1 projects - logistically challenging sites, temporary works, party wall agreements, façade retention, new basements, etc. Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar Background can be specialist demolition contractors or civil engineering/cut & carve Brilliant opportunity to work for a premier enabling/engineering contractor.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee health, safety & environmental compliance. Develop and implement H&S policies, RAMS, and demolition phase plans. Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Deliver training, inductions, and toolbox talks. Liaise with clients, regulators, and management on H&S matters. Maintain accreditations (ISO 45001, CHAS, etc.) and monitor performance. Promote a strong safety culture company-wide. Requirements: NEBOSH Construction/General (Diploma desirable). They focus on complex projects (demolition, cut & carve, piling, basements, groundworks, RC) up to 50m in value largely in contral London (zone one) Key Responsibilities: Support project delivery across demolition, groundworks, and civil enabling packages. Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of site operations. Review drawings, specifications, and ensure technical compliance. Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports. Oversee setting out/Assistant engineers Monitor quality, safety, and environmental standards on site. Provide technical input to tenders, designs, and value engineering solutions. Requirements: Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Experience in enabling works, demolition, or civil engineering projects. Strong understanding of temporary works, setting out, and site coordination. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. CSCS card; SMSTS and First Aid desirable.
