Role Overview: Commercial lead on the project, reporting to the Commercial Director Manage valuations, cost reports, procurement, and subcontract packages Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and the client Control budgets, variations, and final accounts to maximise profitability Requirements: Proven experience as lead QS on projects up to £50m Central London project experience (logistical constraints essential) Background in enabling works, structural alterations, and RC works Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts Salary: £100k + package (directly employed only)
