We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Fit Out Project Manager to join a dynamic business. The company is an interior fit out contractor who specialise in projects in the retail, banking, and commercial sectors. The company have offices in London and Doncaster and have an excellent reputation and history of producing quality, fast track fit out projects. They are recruiting an experienced Project Manager who has worked with retail clients in the past and preferably with food retail clients. You should have run interior fit out projects of various sizes across the UK. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to manage a varied workload and work well in a fast paced and reactive environment. Working from the companies Doncaster office, this is a key position in the business and requires an organised and proactive approach. You will need to work unsupervised and be effective in managing your own time and workloads. Travel and flexibility will be required as projects can be nationwide. You will oversee the planning, co-ordination and control of all projects assigned to you from inception to the completion of all snagging and will control project timescales, costs and progress and keep the Senior Management Team informed of these. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Monitor appropriate labour and site management specific to the project Control and analysis of labour costs alongside the QS Attend and contribute to client and contracts meetings Collate, manage and sign off snagging works completed by project support team Record variations from site and liaise with the QS team Responsible for site health and safety from pre-contract stage through to project completion Promote commercial awareness for on-site projects Liaise with supply chain team to ensure compliance and effective site set up. Ensure quality of workmanship in line company expectations Deliver projects to agreed program of works Monitor program of works and identify shortfalls and solutions Required skills and experience: Experience of working on interior fit out projects in the retail sector Excellent time keeping and ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines A passion for delivering a professional service and quality product Ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, have good organisational skills and have a high attention to detail Must have good IT skills - Microsoft skills including Excel and Project Professional qualification in project management desirable

The Contracts Manager will guide and inspire the team towards the successful attainment of project goals and play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. You will oversee the planning, co-ordination and control of projects assigned to you from inception to the completion with control of project timescales, costs and progress. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance for their professional growth within the organisation. Manage a small team of Project Managers and Site Managers Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager in a retail setting, with a successful track record of completing projects on time and within budget Strong knowledge of project processes, materials, and methods Experience of leading a team NVQ 6 Construction Contracting Operations Management CSCS SMSTS Driving Licence
