For this role you will ideally possess an energy connections, renewables or power background, however other infrastructure construction considered such as highways, rail, civil engineering with excellent commercial management skills controlling portfolios of multi-million pound construction contracts. Experience of leading a team of individuals at various stages of their careers, across multiple disciplines is required. The role To provide positive commercial strategisation and administration for our portfolio of projects is essential to ensure the effective delivery of successful results and management of key risks and opportunities. This role requires the leadership of a commercial team towards the effective commercial management of a portfolio of projects and frameworks from pre-construction to final account. The role will ensure the effective administration and management of the projects in line with the IMS, maintaining accurate reports and forecasts and will lead the creation and utilisation of a variety of processes which will ensure proactive contract management and administration, accurate turnover, cost and cash forecasting, change and risk management and periodic financial reporting. The Role As Site Agent, you will take responsibility for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of civil engineering works, managing site teams, subcontractors and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle. You will oversee programme delivery, monitor costs and budgets, coordinate design activities, administer NEC contracts and manage change control processes. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, local authorities and community stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance. Requirements To be considered, you should hold an HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar), along with a valid CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
