This role requires the leadership of a commercial team towards the effective commercial management of a portfolio of projects and frameworks from pre-construction to final account. The role will ensure the effective administration and management of the projects in line with the IMS, maintaining accurate reports and forecasts and will lead the creation and utilisation of a variety of processes which will ensure proactive contract management and administration, accurate turnover, cost and cash forecasting, change and risk management and periodic financial reporting. This role will suit an individual based within a commutable location to all three counties, enabling efficient travel across multiple live projects. Applicants should ideally be located within approximately 1.5 hours of Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of major civil engineering projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day site operations on heavy civil engineering projects. Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
