Key Responsibilities Commercial management of groundworks reinforced concrete structures or heavy civils packages. Preparing and managing cost forecasts valuations CVRs and cash flow. Procurement and commercial administration of subcontractor and supplier packages. Managing variations compensation events change control and final accounts. Preparing and submitting applications for payment. Working under NEC and JCT forms of contract. Supporting site teams with commercial reporting risk management and cost control. About You These roles are well suited to a Quantity Surveyor with subcontractor side experience within groundworks reinforced concrete structures or civils who is comfortable working in site based environments and managing packages independently. Experience operating under NEC and or JCT contracts is beneficial alongside a practical delivery focused approach.
