We are seeking a Building Services Manager to lead the building services contractor on site for a 30M CAT B fit out project in Manchester. As a pivotal figure within the team, the Electrical Building Services Manager will bring their extensive senior experience to bear on this project. You will take on the crucial role of overseeing the M&E design and delivery teams, ensuring that project specifications and requirements are met. Building Services Manager Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of MEP systems ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure efficient installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, industry standards, and sustainability objectives, such as net-zero carbon and energy efficiency. This new role is critical to the next phase of growth, designed to empower a dedicated mechanical expert to run the entire project lifecycle.
