Contract Administration: Negotiating contracts, managing subcontractor agreements, and handling contractual claims or disputes. Feasibility Studies: Advising on the financial viability of construction projects. Valuations: Performing site visits to measure work completed and managing interim payments. Risk Management: Identifying financial risks, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Final Accounts: Closing out projects by reconciling final costs.
