Design Manager Warrington (Hybrid) Up to £70,000 (DOE) Specialist Façade Subcontracto A respected and fast-growing façade subcontractor is looking to appoint a Design Manager to join their team in Warrington. The business is open to applications from Assistant through to Senior Design Manager level, offering a clear pathway for development and progression. This is a flexible, office-based role (with work-from-home options) that would suit someone with experience in aluminium curtain walling. While a background in both residential and commercial schemes is ideal, the team is open-minded and more focused on attitude, attention to detail, and collaboration than sector-specific experience. The business delivers high-quality curtain walling and façade packages and has built a reputation for design-led, technically sound solutions across a range of UK projects. You ll work closely with both internal and external teams, driving technical delivery and acting as a key liaison across design and project stakeholders. As Design Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing façade design development from tender through to construction Working closely with clients, architects, and suppliers to ensure compliant, buildable solutions Coordinating with internal teams to deliver technical drawing packages to spec and on time Leading design meetings, value engineering sessions, and resolving technical issues Supporting more junior team members (if senior level) or learning from an experienced manager (if assistant level) What s in it for you?
