Document Controller We have a requirement on a freelance basis - 5 days a week, 8 hours a day for a Construction Document Controller. The duration of the contract will be 2 years +, based on a project in Luton. Working within a large team for a Tier 1 Main Contractor. They are looking for someone to start ideally Mid - end Feb 2026. Ideally the successful individual will be a team player, posses a positive personality, have previous experience in a similar role and ideally have some experience with Auto Desk 360. The role will predominately involve managing the flow and revision updates of construction drawings, ensuring they are correctly logged, files and distributed to the necessary parties. Senior Project Manager, site based to deliver a project for a main contractor in South Yorkshire, £18M steel frame, New Build extension to an existing factory unit, along with refurbishment of existing space. The fit out will include full automation along with offices for a food manufacturing facility. The role is due to start mid / end January 2026 with the project duration of circa 50 week. The client has engaged a design team, but input for the Main Contractor will be required from January, with a start on site at some point in February 2026. The requirement is for an experienced Senior Project Manager, capable of leading a team, dealing with design gaps, client facing, programming via MS Project, leading progress meetings, producing project reports etc. MUST HAVE Previous experience leading either new build industrial, factory, data centre or leisure projects. Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor We are seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take responsibility for managing large subcontract packages , with a particular focus on groundworks . Initially responsible for taking control post contract award of a large groundworks package, which has been procured along with procuring other packages as the project evolves. Working for a professional main contractor, you will need to have experience delivering high-quality new build projects across the Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, Healthcare, and Hospitality sectors. The role will be predominately based on the project in Luton and live within daily commutable distance. The Role Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor , you will work alongside another Senior Quantity Surveyor and provide leadership and guidance to junior team members . This is a key commercial role, ensuring effective cost management, accurate forecasting, and strong subcontractor relationships are built. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage large subcontract packages, including groundworks and other key trades. Prepare and manage valuations, variations, and final accounts. Lead commercial meetings and negotiate with subcontractors. Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team. Work closely with operational teams to ensure cost efficiency and contractual compliance. Contribute to monthly reporting and forecasting activities. About You Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale new build projects . Strong background managing subcontract packages , ideally including groundworks . Previous experience within Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, Healthcare, or Hospitality sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen. Our client are looking to interview ASAP and appoint Jan 2026. The project will run for a minimum of 24 months, more likely longer. Day rate and method of payment to be agreed.

Must have experience working at this level, having previous experience in pre construction, programming and supporting multiple sites as well as strong experience within industrial sector with main contractors.
