Prepare progress reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and potential risks. Manage site documentation, including permits, reports, and safety records. Oversee the training and development of team members, fostering a productive working environment. Skills Proven experience in management within the construction or infrastructure sectors. Supervising experience with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with clients, contractors, and team members clearly and professionally. Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to resolving on-site issues promptly.
