The role is office-based with site visits. You will have a minimum of 1-2 years' commercial experience. Our client are looking for someone with some exposure, experience and understanding of Quantity Surveying or Estimating because they would like to recruit an administrator with the capability to develop a career within their Quantity Surveying Department and take on an increasing level of tasks as their experience develops. This is an excellent career-focussed position and has the potential to lead to a quantity surveyor role over a medium-to-longer term, but it is crucial that you have some experience related to Quantity Surveying or Estimating with a construction related company or contractor. You should have good administration skills and be comfortable with doing the mundane administration tasks, as well as more complex administration work. Office based Central London. Not Hybrid.
