The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety and cleanliness of a variety of commercial, industrial and public sector sites across Kent, Sussex and London. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and is comfortable travelling between different sites. This is a varied role suited to an experienced tradesperson with strong practical skills across painting, decorating, surface preparation and dry lining. The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel extensively between sites Due to the nature of the projects, candidates will also be required to successfully obtain enhanced BPSS and relevant security clearances.
