Grounds Maintenance Operative / Grounds Worker Location: South Central Coverage: Kent, Sussex & London Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime Contract: Permanent The Opportunity We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative / Grounds Worker to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety and cleanliness of a variety of commercial, industrial and public sector sites across Kent, Sussex and London. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and is comfortable travelling between different sites. Candidates must be happy and able to travel regularly across Kent, Sussex and London as part of the role. Painter & Decorator Location: South Central Coverage: Kent, London & Sussex Role Type: MSite-Based Sector: Construction / Facilities Management The Opportunity We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Painter & Decorator / Dry Liner to join their team, working across Kent, London and Sussex. This is a varied role suited to an experienced tradesperson with strong practical skills across painting, decorating, surface preparation and dry lining. The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel extensively between sites Due to the nature of the projects, candidates will also be required to successfully obtain enhanced BPSS and relevant security clearances.
